Configuring your email client: Outlook 2010

Before setup your outlook 2010, please make sure you have below information
incoming mail server : mail yourdomain.com
outgoing smtp server : smtp.yourdomain.com
email address            : username@yourdomain.com
password                  : *****************

Open Outlook 2010

Click "File" then "+Add Account"


Choose "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" then next


Choose "Internet E-Mail" then next


Enter all information then click "More setting"


Outgoing server

Choose "My outgoing server (SMTP) required authentication"


Advance

Make sure correct port number has entered for both POP3 and SMTP then OK

(If you would like to keep a copy on server, please select "Leave a copy of message on the server" then OK)


Click next


If there has no problem, the below screen should come up


Finished
